This is a very good, weighted dispenser. It won't stand out on your desk as a particularly stylish accessory, but it does exactly what you want it to do; holds post-it indexes (and sigh-here arrows, which come in the same sized packet) and doesn't move when you remove them. There is nothing fiddly to do whatsoever. The post-it packets just slide in from either side and slide out again when you need to replace them. Simple.
