I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with my 4th child and have had a weakness in my spine for about the past 3 years whick has significantly worsened in the past few weeks. The pain I get is mid back, about bra strap level. I was referred to my local physio dept for a support many weeks ago and as given the Emma Jane belt, which helped a bit but I felt it was more suited to a lower back problem and wasn't very supportive to the thoracic spine area. I ordered the Nexcare Elastic Support and it arrived the next day. It is really comfy and I feel much more confident moving around with it on. This product is ideal to relieve the pressure your bump places on ligaments and back. The issue with velcro irritating skin that some users relate seems to have been fixed now as one section completely covers the other and no velcro touches your skin.- Amazon Customer, amazon.co.uk

 

On most days I can only cope with standing for 10 minutes or so without the use of any aids (twin pregnancy!)This belt takes most of the pressure off your back and front and makes day to day activities and walking about much more bearable....without it I'm bed and seat bound. Takes a day or two to fiddle about and get the fitting and bearings correct but then on its a breeze and the adjustment feature on it is excellent for a fast growing tummy!- Amazon Customer, amazon.co.uk

 

I bought this for my daughter. She is just under 6' tall and this has caused her to have back ache throughout her pregnancy. Now she wears the tummy support and it takes the pressure of her back.
