We pride ourselves on our prompt service and aim to deliver your order to you within 2 working days.
If you order before 1pm, we'll despatch the same day using a 24 hour service, meaning a next day delivery for the vast majority of orders. Note: we don't currently offer a guaranteed next day service
We also offer straightforward, flat rate delivery charges:
£1.99 per order within the UK
£9.95 per order to elsewhere within Europe
We hope we can tempt you to add additional items to your basket for no additional delivery costs!
When we confirm your order by e-mail, we'll also send you details of how to track your order.

Our Returns Policy:
At 3M, we aim to 'delight our customers' by offering high quality products and service such that you'll want to visit and buy from us again in the future.
If however, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full, no-quibble refund.
Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
If you do wish to return a product, please send an e-mail clearly stating order number to our customer services team at sales@3mselect.co.uk where full instructions for collection / return / refund will be given.
3M will happily cover the return / collection / replacement of faulty items.
