We pride ourselves on our prompt service and aim to deliver your order to you within 2 working days. If you order before 1pm, we'll despatch the same day - meaning a next day delivery for the vast majority of orders. Note: we don't currently offer a guaranteed next day service

We also offer straightforward, flat rate delivery charges:

£1.99 per order within the UK
£2.99 per order to Ireland

Our Returns Policy:

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days after delivery. At 3M, we aim to 'delight our customers' by offering high quality products and service such that you'll want to visit and buy from us again in the future.

So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may at any time up to 30 days after receipt, return them for a full, no-quibble refund.

Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. Pease note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
