All products are new and packaged accordingly unless expressly described as 'ex-demonstration'. We do not sell refurbished items. Products supplied remain 3M property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
3M will do its best to correct any errors and omissions relating to the description of the products advertised on this web-site or occurring in your order. However because of the advanced technology required to process your order 3M cannot accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and 3M reserves the right to change any of the details on the website at any time. For example this could mean that a price or product detail displayed may be incorrect and although you may have received confirmation of your order, 3M reserves the right to cancel that contract. This would, of course, be without any liability to you so that any payment you may have already been charged will be credited to you as quickly as possible
Our Contract
Cancellation
3M will exchange or refund your purchase either before or up to 30 days following the date of delivery if you return the item to us as set out in these conditions and on the Delivery and Returns page. This does not affect your consumer rights and if you have opened the goods to inspect them, you can still cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered. (* A "working day" is all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.) Order Cancellation requests MUST be received via one of the following methods:

Please note that your right to return items does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty: Personalised, made-to-measure/order or perishable goods.
Liability
If you are a business customer, 3M will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total price of the products purchased in respect of any claim, and 3M shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever suffered by you whether this loss or damage arises from a breach of duty in contract, or in tort, or in any other way (including loss or damage arising from 3M's negligence). We do not limit in any way our legal liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from: (i) any inability to access the web site; (ii) the cost of substitute products for the cost of obtaining such products or, (iii) any failure to complete a transaction. Your statutory rights are not affected.
