How To Pay

Pay securely using any major credit or debit card, including Switch, Solo, Visa & MasterCard.

For security, we will ship items to the registered billing address for your payment card and you will be asked to provide this at the first page of our secure checkout.

Product Information

You confirm that you have read and understood any Material Safety Data Sheet or Technical Data Sheet that may be referenced in any description of the products that you intend to purchase on this web-site.

All products are new and packaged accordingly unless expressly described as 'ex-demonstration'. We do not sell refurbished items. Products supplied remain 3M property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

3M will do its best to correct any errors and omissions relating to the description of the products advertised on this web-site or occurring in your order. However because of the advanced technology required to process your order 3M cannot accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and 3M reserves the right to change any of the details on the website at any time. For example this could mean that a price or product detail displayed may be incorrect and although you may have received confirmation of your order, 3M reserves the right to cancel that contract. This would, of course, be without any liability to you so that any payment you may have already been charged will be credited to you as quickly as possible

Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase product from 3Mselect.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve despatched that product to you.

Liability

3M will only be liable for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably forseeable to both you and us either when you starting using 3Mselect.co.uk, or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

If you are a business customer, 3M will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total price of the products purchased in respect of any claim, and 3M shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever suffered by you whether this loss or damage arises from a breach of duty in contract, or in tort, or in any other way (including loss or damage arising from 3M's negligence).

We do not limit in any way our legal liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from: (i) any inability to access the web site; (ii) the cost of substitute products for the cost of obtaining such products or, (iii) any failure to complete a transaction. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Applicable Law

These conditions and the contractual relationship between you and 3M shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.Should individual terms and conditions or other provisions of the contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms or provisions.
